She was born November 25, 1866 in Georgia, and died May 12, 1929 in Wayne Co, Georgia.

Mrs. Nancy Westberry Laid to Rest Sunday - Mrs. Nancy Westberry age 60, died at her home near Odum Sunday night May 12 about 1:25 o’clock after a short illness of only a few days with malaria fever, which was the cause of her death. Mrs. Westberry who was before her marriage Miss Nancy Harris, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Judge S. R. Harris and she was born and reared in Wayne county as were her parents. She married Mr. J. R. Westberry, Jr. of Wayne County and of this union was born seven children all of whom survive her. The funeral services were held from Old Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. L. R. Wadkins pastor of Odum Baptist Church officiating. Interment was in the Bethel Cemetery. Besides her husband, she is survived by five daughters, Mrs. G. W. Westberry, Mrs. Randel Westberry, Mrs. Andrew Westberry, all of Jesup, Mrs. Ernest Chauncy of Odum and one other daughter in Waycross. Two sons, Mr. Ira Westberry of Moultrie, Georgia and Shelton Westberry of Waycross, two brothers, J. W. Harris of Jesup and G. W. Harris of Odum and a number of grandchildren. H. J. Westberry of Jesup was the undertaker in charge.
